Officer Elections And Planning Meeting – 2018

The meeting will start at 9:00 am on Sunday.

Saturday is not really structured.  People start showing up at around 4:00 or 5:00 in the afternoon.  Dinner is on your own and is usually decided by the group once assembled.

Our room block will expire January 11, 2018. Any rooms left unsold in our block at that time will be released. Rooms booked after that date will be at the hotel’s normal rate and based upon availability.

For those not staying overnight at the hotel, we will have use of the meeting room on Saturday afternoon / evening for social time. Our planning meeting will be held at this location Sunday morning in the hotel meeting room.
