Please note that room rates are subject to lodging tax, city and state surcharges, as well as a 3.75% resort fee.\u00a0 Rates reflect occupancy by up to 2 people.\u00a0 There is a $10.00 per person charge for each additional person.\u00a0 Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and your guests may check out any time before 11:00 am.<\/p>\n

Please instruct individuals that will be lodging at the Lake Guntersville State Park Lodge to call our reservationist at 256-505-6621 to make their reservations.\u00a0 To ensure that your guests receive the special rate extended to your group, please ask that they mention they are with the BMW Motorcycle Owners of AL<\/span>\u00a0\u2013 Group Code 8652<\/u>. Guests can also make reservations online at\u00a0<\/span>www.alapark.com\/lakeguntersville<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>Please note that a deposit is required for each reservation made. Deposits are the sum of one night\u2019s lodging plus taxes and are due at the time the reservation is made.\u00a0 I suggest you make your reservations at the earliest opportunity or the rooms will be released 23 August.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition we have reserved the Hospitality Suite for Saturday afternoon and evening for the club meeting.\u00a0 We plan to have refreshments and snacks available in the suite.\u00a0 Hopefully we can get to the room early in the afternoon but that depends on availability.<\/p>\n

For those interested in riding there are many scenic roads in the area that you are free to ec[lore.\u00a0 Nearby is Bucks Pocket State Park and Little River Canyon.\u00a0 Also there are many food venues in Guntersville and the area for lunch on Saturday.\u00a0 We are planning to enjoy the Guntersville State Park Restaurant on Friday and Saturday evening.<\/p>\n
