January Meeting- Let’s Zoom Into 2021<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Greetings Alabama Beemers!<\/p>\n

As you know, our January meeting is looming and it is our most important meeting of the year.\u00a0 So, we are going to try something different. We are canceling the in-person\u00a0 meeting for January 30th and 31st and moving to a Zoom meeting on Saturday January 23rd from 8:00 am until Noon instead.<\/p>\n

You do not have to have a Zoom account to participate.\u00a0 The link is below, all you have to do is click it and as host, I will let you in.\u00a0 Please ensure that you keep your mics muted when not speaking or background noise will make it difficult for others to hear.<\/p>\n

First on our agenda will be 2021 officers.\u00a0 Jeannine has indicated that she will not be able to serve next year so we are looking for a membership director.\u00a0 Thanks for all your work Jeannine!\u00a0 We are also looking for a VP, as Phil will move on to President if elected by the members.\u00a0 The VP is typically the President Elect.\u00a0 We will also need to fill the Travel Director slot.\u00a0 So, if anyone is interested, please contact me.<\/p>\n

Next on our agenda will be the scheduling of our monthly meetings.\u00a0 We will need sites and hosts.\u00a0 So, please be thinking of both tried and true places and maybe some new ones too.<\/p>\n
