Christmas Party – 2017

Christmas Party – The Christmas party will again be held at the Hampton Inn Eagle Point on Highway 280. Room rates are the same as last year at $95.00 / Night plus tax. We will be using the lobby area for our Christmas party gift exchange as usual.

People usually start gathering together around 5:00 pm to socialize and the gift exchange takes place around 7:00 pm.

Again this year instead of a catered dinner we will have appetizers. As those who have attended in the past know there is always a huge supply of goodies served throughout the afternoon and when dinner arrives everybody is full. So this year we will just overload on snacks and desserts instead of snacks, dinner and desserts! Please bring anything you want to share in the way of eats. The club will supply soft drinks, cups and ham. Make your plans now to join us!

Since we are just doing appetizers this year, we want to ensure that there is enough food for everyone. So Darlene has asked that if you are planning to be there, please send her a note with how many will be in your party and what you might be bringing to eat and share.
